Town and Country Soccer will offer small group tryouts starting June 1st. For those who are not yet comfortable with in-person tryouts, we will offer a video tryout option. Tryout registration is open now.

We will begin scheduling tryout dates/times in the next week for those who have registered. You can request a small group (4-6 players per group at most), or video tryout. Starting June 1st, the available time slots are as follows:

11U (2010) & 12U (2009)   Monday - Friday 6 - 7 pm

Player / Coach Safety

  • Only the player and one parent or guardian may attend a scheduled tryout session
  • Coaches will wear protective masks, players are not required to do so, though it is recommended for parents/guardians.
  • Parents/guardians should still practice social distancing
  • Players must bring their own soccer ball
  • Hand Sanitizer will be onsite

Video Tryouts
For those who wish to complete a video tryout, we will send you instructions and a sample video.

CAYSA Grassroots In-Person Field Session for Referees

Spots are still available! CAYSA will be hosting a Grassroots In-Person Field Session as part of the First-time Referee course at the second annual CAYSA Convention and Governing Board Meeting on Feb. 1, 2020 in Pflugerville. This course is for new, first time referees that have not been previously certified or registered. Grassroots referees can officiate competitive, small-sided or recreational youth and amateur adult matches. Most organizations have seen reduced numbers in the referee ranks recently and this is an excellent opportunity to get certified for the Spring season.

In order to certify as a First Time Grassroots Referee, the candidate must be 13 years or older. First Time Grassroots Referees must complete four (4) assignments in the Learning Center, attend an in-person field session and, if over the age of 18, complete an NCSI background check. The course information can be found here.

Please contact for more information.
