New Player Observations
Player observations (ID Nights) for the upcoming Fall 2025 season will be held in May. Dates and times are below. There will be another player observation held in August (Dates TBA).

Program Details
Our Academy program is built on a player centric model where individual development is our priority. We teach players the technique and tactics they require to enjoy the game in a safe, competitive, developmental environment.
All teams are coached by paid trainers who work from the US Soccer Training & Planning Curriculum Map to ensure players are being taught the appropriate information for their age. Sessions are built around the four pillars of the game; technical, tactical, physical and mental.
Children participating in the Academy are placed on teams according to their skill level. Teams are formed during the first week or two of the season. We may adopt a slightly different approach for the U8-U10 Girls with players training in a pool and new teams being formed prior to game day each week. We will evaluate prior to the start of the season.
All league games are played at T&C Sports Complex on a Saturday morning. Some teams may travel within the Greater Austin area for additional games and scrimmages on occasion. More details on the program below.
- All league games and practices are at Town & Country Sports Complex.
- Practice is designed by our Soccer Director and lead by our Trainers.
- Trainers are expected to present at all practices and games.
- Players practice twice-a-week (1hr 15mins) for 13 weeks.
- Current practice time slots; 5 – 6:15pm & 6:30 – 7:45pm.
- Players have access to a third “optional” Technical Training Session each week on the day they do not practice for 12 weeks throughout the season.
- Players must wear T&C practice uniform to training
- At the beginning of the season players will be evaluated and place onto teams.
- Depending on the age group teams will play either 5v5, 7v7 or 9v9.
- Teams may vary from season-to-season.
- Teams play 9 games per season, we do our best to reschedule rain-outs.
- T&C end-of-season tournament included.
- All teams compete in our “in-house” Academy league.
- In-house teams will play all their regular season games at T&C on Saturdays, typically within one or two similar time slots each week.
- Academy teams & players and have access to our VEO camera game recordings throughout the season.
- All players are required to purchase an Academy uniform package in their first season (approximately $180).
- Registration for the Spring 2025 season are $495
