T&C Lacrosse

T&C Sports offers fall and spring recreational Girls Lacrosse programs for kindergarten to 8th Graders. A summer clinic series is offered for Pre-K to High School players.

Spring 2026 Girls Lacrosse

SIGN UP: Spring Lacrosse

Spring Lacrosse is for both beginners and returning players.

During the pre-season (before games are scheduled) we will focus on individual lacrosse skill development, learning the rules of the game, team skills and scrimmaging at all levels.

Once games start, we will practice 2 times/week with at least one game per weekend. There are no games during Spring Break or on Mother’s Day or Easter Sunday.

Fun, lacrosse specific fitness and conditioning will be a part of each session.

USA Lacrosse Membership is required by our League CAPLAX for all players

  • Open to Girls in 1st to 8th Grades
  • Practices on Monday and Wednesday evenings plus Saturdays prior to first games
  • 8-10 Games (mostly Saturdays, some Sundays)

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

  • Girls Lacrosse stick*
  • Girls Lacrosse Goggles** or Headgear
  • Mouthguard – no strap
  • Cleats (lacrosse, soccer, or football are recommended)

* Sticks that have been specially strung for our sport by an experienced lacrosse player who specializes in custom stringing techniques are available to purchase in the spring registration ($60). The sticks come in either Red, White or Blue.

** limited supplies available to borrow

UNIFORM/WHAT TO WEAR:

Players are required to have a T&C reversible Lacrosse jerseys for games. The jerseys will be available to purchase in the registration. Games shorts are also available to purchase in the registration, solid black shorts are an appropriate alternative option (self-purchase)

ABOUT OUR PROGRAM:

T&C Lacrosse includes paid head coaches who are experienced former college players.  Additionally, our staff includes current players, current and former HS an college lacrosse coaches and women’s lacrosse officials.

VOLUNTEER PRACTICE HELPERS/ASSISTANT COACHES:

We welcome new parent volunteers to sign up to help at practice. While relevant sports experience is recommended, lacrosse experience is not required to volunteer to help on the field. Let us know you want to help and we will get you signed up.
