Everyone’s invited Saturday evening on Oct. 28th from 5:00- 8:00PM to join us in the FUN!

T&C + Friends Trunk or Treat- Additional Information and Trunk Application (linked below):
T&C Sports will be hosting our first FREE Trunk or Treat at T&C Sports- 9100 Meadowheath Drive on Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 5:00 – 8:00pm. Trunks will be displayed from 5:00pm – 7:30pm.
This application (see link below) is for community groups, non-profits, and neighbors who want to host a trunk/ booth to pass out candy or small items to trick-or-treaters at T&C Sports.
T&C Sports will be hosting our first FREE Trunk or Treat at T&C Sports with local schools, neighbors, and the Jollyville Fire Department.

When do we need to arrive by?
Arrive between 4:30 and 5PM if bringing a trunk. Vehicles providing a trunk are not permitted to be coming and going once the event has started.

Trunks will be displayed from 5:00 – 7:30PM (event ends officially at 8PM). Trunks may NOT enter after 5PM or exit before 8PM for the safety of our trick or treaters. So please plan to arrive early to get situated and set up and wait until it’s safe to leave when the event is completely over.
How do I know where to park my Trunk?
Upon arrival you will be instructed where your spot is. Simply arrive and await further instructions. (Someone will be there to greet and direct you where to go from there.)
What to expect?
We’ll have various Halloween themed trunks along the Hike and Bike Trail over-flow parking lot at T&C Sports (Meadowheath Dr entrance). We’re thrilled to provide our community a safe, and fun Trick or Treat experience! We look forward to having games, candy, inflatables, music, and more! Come out and show your support by interacting with our amazing North Austin community.
Trunk/ Booth Guidelines:
- Trunks/ Booths must supply their own giveaway (factory sealed candy or treat, branded item, themed toy, etc.) No homemade or unsealed food items. Expect to serve at least 100 trick-or-treaters.
- Trunks/ Booths must be decorated for Halloween. All trunk/ booth decorations and table (or trunk) are your responsibility. Each booth/ trunk space is approximately the size of a Standard Parking Space- 9 feet by 18 feet.
- Trunks/ Booths must be set up and ready by 5:00pm and be staffed for the duration of the event. We will start wrapping up the trick-or-treating by 7:30pm so the event can conclude at 8:00pm. This is a family-friendly event geared toward children ages 14 and younger. All decorations, giveaways, and costumes must be appropriate for children.

What about the weather? Is there a plan for if it rains?
If for some reason we need to cancel, we’ll notify everyone via updating our website, and social media.
Note: If the fields are closed on our field status page, that doesn’t necessarily mean the event is cancelled. Assume it’s still on unless you see it called off on our website or social media no later than 2PM Saturday.
Plan: If the event needs to be cancelled, then the decision will be made before 2PM on Saturday so people can plan accordingly. We’ll post a cancellation notice on our website and social media before 2PM on Saturday in the event we need to cancel. Website: https://www.tandcsports.org/
