Labor Day Family Fun Day
Please mark your calendars and join us Monday, September 1st for our 4th annual T&C Family Fun Labor Day Event.

Labor Day 2025
September 1, 2025 @ 8:00 am - 12:30 pm
Event highlights:
- A 1.5K and 3K Fun Run around our beautiful campus
- Free hot dogs
- Free family-friendly activities like a Wiffle Ball Home Run Derby, obstacle course, yard games, and more
- A visit from the Jollyville Fire Department, who we’ve invited again to help cool the kids off with their water hose

Competitive Division: $15
- Open to ages 5 to 12
- Includes T-shirt (size not guaranteed) Example of shirt design can be seen below!
- Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age division
5/6 Division – 1.5Km Course
7/8 Division – 1.5Km Course
9/10 Division – 3Km Course
11/12 Division – 3Km Course
- Each division limited to 20 Runners
Open Division: No Fee
- All ages – Families encouraged to run together
- Participants can choose either the 1.5Km or 3Km course
- Prizes are not awarded
- Pre-registration highly recommended
Registration closes Saturday August 30
- Monday September 1st
- Check in time: 8:00am
- Start time: 8:30am
- Races start near Field 1 (Meadowheath Parking Lot)
- Competitive ($15 Fee) and Open Divisions (Free)
- All participants must have signed waiver
ITINERARY/TIMELINE
- 8:00 AM: Check-In (9100 Meadowheath Drive Entrance)
There will be 2 tables in front of Field 10: a “Pre-Registered” check-in table (for Open and Competitive division pre-registrants), and a “Register Here” table for day of registrants. You must register and sign-in to get your participation wristband for the race and other events.
- 8:30 AM: Race Starts (Near Field 1)
- 9:00 AM: Home Run Derby (T&C Field 10)
- 9:30 AM: Obstacle Course (T&C Field 2)
- 10:30 AM: Flag Football and Lacrosse Stations (T&C Field 2)
- 11:00 AM: Futsal/ Soccer Station (T&C Field 6)
- 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Jollyville Fire Truck- water hose fun! (Field 1)
- 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: FREE Hot Dog Station (Snack Shack by Field 9)
