Howdy neighbors and T&C families and sports leaders, T&C Sports plans to host our 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat! This is one of our community’s favorite events so make sure to mark your calendars, and get your costumes ready!
Everyone’s invited Sunday evening on Oct. 26th from 6:00- 7:30 PM to join us in the FUN! We will start wrapping up the trick-or-treating by 7:25pm so the event can conclude at 7:30pm.

This application (see link below) is for community groups, non-profits, and neighbors who want to host a trunk/ booth to pass out candy or small items to trick-or-treaters at T&C Sports.

Overview:
T&C Sports will be hosting our 3rd FREE Trunk or Treat at T&C Sports with local schools, neighbors, and the Jollyville Fire Department again!
When:

When do we need to arrive by?
Arrive between 5:30 and 6:00 PM if bringing a trunk. Vehicles providing a trunk are not permitted to be coming and going once the event has started.

Trunks will be displayed from 6:00 – 7:25 PM (event ends officially at 7:30 PM). Trunks may NOT enter after 6:00 PM or exit before 7:30 PM for the safety of our trick or treaters. So please plan to arrive early to get situated and set up and wait until it’s safe to leave when the event is completely over.
How do I know where to park my Trunk?
Upon arrival you will be instructed where your spot is. Simply arrive and await further instructions. (Someone will be there to greet and direct you where to go from there.)
What to expect?
We’ll have various Halloween themed trunks along the Hike and Bike Trail over-flow parking lot at T&C Sports (Meadowheath Drive entrance). We’re thrilled to provide our community a safe, and fun Trick or Treat experience! We look forward to having games, candy, inflatable decorations, music, and more! Come out and show your support by interacting with our amazing North Austin community.
Trunk/ Booth Guidelines:
- Trunks/ Booths must supply their own giveaway (factory sealed candy or treat, branded item, themed toy, etc.) No homemade or unsealed food items. Expect to serve at least 100 trick-or-treaters.
- Trunks/ Booths must be decorated for Halloween. All trunk/ booth decorations and table (or trunk) are your responsibility. Each booth/ trunk space is approximately the size of a Standard Parking Space- 9 feet by 18 feet.
- Trunks/ Booths must be set up and ready by 6:00pm and be staffed for the duration of the event. We will start wrapping up the trick-or-treating by 7:25pm so the event can conclude at 7:30pm. This is a family-friendly event geared toward children ages 14 and younger. All decorations, giveaways, and costumes must be appropriate for children.
