SOCCER DIRECTOR – Richard Swain
Rich brings over 20 years of experience coaching and leading youth soccer programs across the United States. Originally from England, he moved to Texas in 2001 to join Major League Soccer and FC Dallas, overseeing camps and training programs throughout Texas and neighboring states.
In Dallas, Rich played a key role in youth development with top clubs such as Dallas Texans, Andromeda (now Solar), and FC Dallas. In 2006, he relocated to Austin to become the Youth Development Director for Austin Texans SC, where he successfully expanded the club’s programs. He then joined Lonestar SC as Director of Coaching for the South Austin Recreational and Academy divisions.
His leadership continued in Houston with Albion Hurricanes and in California as Program Director for SoCal Reds. For the past five years, Rich has been an integral part of Town & Country, advancing from Skills Trainer to Academy Coach/Director, then Director of Coaching, and now Soccer Director.
Passionate about player development and community impact, Rich is committed to making Town & Country the Premier Soccer Club in Central Texas.
