The T&C Flag Football Program strives to provide an opportunity for kids who wish to play flag football in a family oriented environment of learning and sportsmanship. From the T&C Football Board members, to Coaches, to Parent Volunteers supporting functions during practices and games, T&C Flag Football needs your help to ensure we create a successful, positive and fulfilling experience for our youth. To apply to be a head coach or assistant coach, please click on the Coach Application button below.  When the application is submitted, a criminal background check will be run, and you will be prompted to watch an abuse prevention video.  When these two steps are completed, the Football Board will be able to consider you for a coaching assignment.

Both the background check and abuse prevention training must be completed prior to contact with players. The certification is good for two years from the date of completion. Coaches whose certifications have expired will need to reapply following the process above.

We thank you very much for considering to be a coach.  It is the most impactful volunteer service at T&C to give our kids a great sports experience.
