Developing good character in our players is a core element of T&C’s mission. Coaches teach not only skills, but the values of sportsmanship. We think all adults are role models at T&C, whether they are coaches or parents watching a game. Everyone is expected to demonstrate respect and positive behavior on the field, in the stands, and even in our parking lots.
