Good Food Yielding Good Return For Town & Country Optimist Club
“Simple ingredients prepared well!” Scandariato exclaims. “People want good food, so we serve what we like to eat. We have been fortunate that the community has responded well to the new menu additions.” Some of these new additions include hot soft pretzels, white castle sliders and ice pops. But the real excitement comes from Chef Scandariato’s prepared items. When the season is in full swing, you can count on hot breakfast tacos with his signature salsas, and a rotating menu of fajitas, grilled cheeseburgers, smoked brisket sandwiches and other crowd pleasing favorites.
With the 2012 fall season starting up, Town & Country will soon be filled with over 5,000 kids competing in football, lacrosse, soccer and baseball, they are sure to work up an appetite. When asked about the Fall season, Scandariato says, “We will continue to listen to our customers, strive to deliver great customer service and good food. Look for continued improvement to the menu throughout the fall.”
