Town & Country Optimist Club Names Brian Scandariato d/b/a Smplye Catered Events to Operate Its Concession Business

AUSTIN — April 16, 2012 —Town & Country Optimist Club, Texas’ largest youth sports organization, has named Brian Scandariato, CEO and Head Chef of Smplye Catered Events its Concession Manager to operate the concession business. In his new position, Mr. Scandariato will be responsible for defining, implementing and managing all of the menu strategy, food production and operations as well as working with employees to understand and meet sanitation requirements; food preparation; and the basics of food presentation; event planning; vendor selection and management; payroll; creation and implementation of operational and financial efficiencies.

Prior to joining Town & Country Optimist Club in April 2012, Mr. Scandariato also worked with eBakeShop.com as the CEO and Pastry Chef. He has also worked in operations as well as sales & marketing rolls at several technology companies throughout the United States.
